well its easy, i guess... adapt palm-pre synergy and multi-tasking
convenience, and what htc hero or the rumored sony-ericsson rachael is
doing ie. communication convenience (you see a contact, and you can
easily see your communications with him/her be it sms, mms, email,
even facebook status, and twitter, i dont know about im though... even
i think htc & SE are already doing what palm pre is doing to some
extent ie. importing a contact's facebook photo to the contact dbase
on the handset)... oh one more thing i like about the palm pre is that
native instant messaging app... you dont have to install an IM app,
it's already part of the communication app and i think this IM app
autmatically checks if your buddies are online...
