In use, sure, as a corporate marketing BS word. It really doesn't have any other use.
And clearly you aren't understanding something about #3... It is a waste of space, so if you want it, install it yourself. There's no reason to force crap like that on people who don't want or use it. SMS/ MMS = obsolete and expensive. twitter/facebook = pure and absolute garbage with no beneficial use whatsoever, likely a BARRIER to corp adoption due to potential for abuse. I certainly wouldn't want my employees wasting time on that crap when they're supposed to be working, and NO, most business aren't going to go off and build their own system.
