Why would you go three months without being paid? The only reason I
know of would be less than $100 in earnings, so unless you really had
a huge increase, the amounts you're talking about aren't that much,
maybe a couple hundred dollars.

If I were you, I would contact the AdSense people and try to find out
what they thought was the problem. It may be that you posted in a
blog, on your site or somewhere that your site is "ad supported" or
"please click on ad links to help support our site" or some other
violation of that nature. That will get you shut down as soon as they
notice. Another way you can get shut down is to have the same people
consistently clicking on your ads. That may not be your fault, but
just some well meaning developers who are trying to "help" you. This
is another way to get the door slammed on you. If any of these
situations are happening, you won't be able to get an answer from
AdSense or get your account opened again, you're out of luck.

If none of these things happened, then it could simply be an algorithm
that trapped you. If that's the case, you may be able to get your
account re-opened.

Google takes their AdSense terms very seriously. People from all over
the world are working day and night to screw AdSense, so sometimes
innocent people get caught up in the fray.
