Something doesn't smell right here. Explain to us what you're specifically doing with AdSense. What were your month 1, 2 and 3 payouts? What was the cause for the big increase you mentioned? Are you somehow taking advantage of the system w/o actually breaking some rule?
I highly doubt google is just randomly closing adSense accounts because they increased in payouts from one month to the next.
