We get paid in GBP, so the limits are a little different, but we had a pay-out
prior to month 1 so it started at 0, during mont 1 we were just short of the
payout level and month 2 took us well over it. The payment doesn't get
processed to the end of month 3, and because the account is now suspended we
probably won't see either of the first 2 months, nor any of month 3 which
looked like it was going to cross the payout threshold as well.

Now the account is suspended we can't even see how much we were due (you just
get a pretty empty page saying its' disabled).

I have no problem with them taking the T&Cs seriously, and I would warmly
welcome an indication of what we're suppose to have done, but we've had nothing
even close to a reason let alone seeing any actual proof of what they believe
we've done, so basically Google have used AndAppStore for advertising for
nearly three months and now are trying to get away with not paying for it.

Its' left a *very* bad taste in my mouth about Google, and yes I don't just
mean AdSense.
