I called GDC Registration today asking why I had not received my confirmation letter. They confirmed I met all the requirements to get a free phone, but told me somehow my name did not get on the list. The lady I spoke with said it would be corrected and that she would forward my info to the person handling the confirmations.
As of the time of this post, I'm still waiting for the confirmation email. I called a 2nd time and spoke to another person who confirmed my info was passed on to the responsible individual. Apparently the guy handling this is inundated with people who have not received their confirmation email. Bottom line, if you haven't received your confirmation letter yet, call them,,,NOW!
