I just finished my email conversation with a UBM (supposedly the
company handling the administration of GDC) representative and I would
recommend taking OldDogNuTrx's advice... call as soon as possible. As
friendly as the representative was, she clearly was not in the know
and probably had nothing to do with the administration of this
promotion. Apparently, emails have gone out February 23rd, but I'm
still doubtful of this.

Despite my detailed message showing that I was clearly qualified, the
representative insisted that only a select few would receive phones
and that there was no guarantee that everyone that followed the terms
and conditions would ultimately receive one. She did mention that I
can try showing up 7:30am on Tuesday to try my luck at getting a
voucher. Personally, I think this is absolutely ridiculous especially
since I followed the instructions to a 'T' and now I merely have a
"chance" of receiving a phone.

I am calling first thing tomorrow (866-535-8997) and I suggest
everyone else in the same situation to do so as well. Good luck.
