I am sad because of either of two things: (1) Google has too much money to waste, and I don't. That makes me sad.
(2) Google spends their money wisely and only reward a small number of good developers (say less than 1000) with a Seeding Device. This means of all the apps out there in the Market, less than 1000 are [A] rated 3.5 stars or higher, and [B] have more than 5000 downloads. If (2) is true, this means the Android market is full of apps that are rated 3 stars or less, or no body wants, or both. Consider this for an OS that allegedly ship over 60,000 copies per day ...
