In all honesty we don't know. AndAppStore doesn't take a cut of sales so we don't so we don't stop developers listing apps which use an in-app payment method outside of our systems method to either upsell from a demo/lite version to the full version or sell additional features (and I know of some apps that use that sales route and use PayPal without involving us) so even if I gave a figure for sales via our systems it would miss out these other sales channels.
If your interested give AndAppStore a spin. It takes about 5 mins to create an account and list an app, and if you're not happy with sales then you can set the releases to be unavailable to the public and your app gets delisted and all you've wasted is 5 mins. If, on the other hand, you get some sales then it could be 5 mins well spent :). Al. P.s.
