We looked at that and found some developers would object to us carrying their free apps, hence why we don't auto-mirror. Apart from that Market uses closed protocols so even if we offered the option we'd be running the risk of it breaking if Google changed the protocol.
We are looking at an upload URL where devs can submit their username, password, and app ID, and an APK which will add a new release to AndAppStore. Do people think anyone would use it?
