This is just a reflection of the level of availability of a pirated copy of your app.
My "pirated" numbers were similar until a ripped copy of the Pro version (protected using LVL) found its way onto a major pirate (and then quickly spread). According to my analytics about two thirds of the users using my pro version are not licensed. However, that doesn't mean to say I would have three times the revenue. The vast majority of those non-paying users would never have paid for the app in the first place. BTW, I don't use ServerManagedPolicy because I always felt it was too likely to affect paying users. So I implemented my own LenientPolicy which allows full access until the first successful server connect (and then refreshes according to the values returned from the LVL server). After my app was pirated, I now use ProGuard. I'm not sure either way whether LVL is worth implementing. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
