What's the position on contacting people via the random email address 
customers are given in Checkout?

I've had a couple of bad reviews along the lines of "It doesn't work" and 
I'd really like to know why then I can fix it.

What's the position on contacting people who cancel to see why & if there's 
anything I could do to improve the app?
