I have been using the email address quite a bit. In the beginning i send an email to each customer to let me know if they have feedback or suggestions. Some came back to that and really like it. After a few weeks i stopped the "standard" email and now i only email people who leave a wrong/error comment. Sometimes you can figure out what nickname matches which real name. I normally write something like: Thank you for your purchase, i noticed that that you left a comment about ... is there something i can help you with to make it work? I never had a negative answer from contacting people, however, once or twice i haven't gotten an answer. People are really happy if you walk the extra support mile.
