What do you folks do when you get support email in a foreign language? Do you go to the trouble of translating it with Google Translate or do you just trash it? Do you reply in English or do you go to the extra trouble translating it back to the sender's language not knowing if the translation actually says what you want? I just reply in English. Furthermore in all the years I've been publishing software except for Android I never got support emails in other languages.
