As far as support goes, the best way to handle it is thru a ticket system.

We use osTicket at my business, Gadget MVP. It's free and easy to use, I
love the thing.

To handle email based support, we set up a support@.... email address.

Send an email to that address, osTicket opens a support thread, returns a be
with you soon reply and stores everthing for me so I can look back and build
better help files and instructions.

Only way to go guys, allows me to outsource support too if I need to....
