First off I have 7 apps and he never identified which one. His problem is most likely incorrect entry and that information is provided in all my product descriptions.

Hopefully the Internet will bring us a global language and I hope not English as it too mongrel and evolved. An engineered language would be preferable. One that anyone could learn quickly.
