One of mine went from 86 down to 60, and from about 4.24 (i.e, right on the edge of showing 4 and a half stars, which it was showing as recently as a couple of days ago) to 4.03.
My current theory is that it lost older ratings that didn't have reviews attached -- that they went from keeping ALL ratings to keeping the last X months of ratings.
