They actually have a fairly decent progran in blogger. There there are "special users" on the "help forums" that have the ability to elevate individual user threads to google blogger admins. Also, support on adverts is very much needed when your account gets suspended for no freaking reason. Or adds suddenly stop updating or all of a sudden no longer pay attentiin ti keywords on the page. Sadly the google presence on the add forums is about as good as with market. My point though, is don't go thinking google is crap at support just because they are new to the concept. They are crap at support because they are old pros and know there is no need to support something without comparable competition around. Rest assurred market support will get suddenly better if ever its revenue begins moving to another platform. Alsi, di not think google pays no arlttention to this mailing list.
