If by releasing three times the application gets better, I think the
consumer wins!
If releases do not bring in any new feature, it could attract bad
rating again "for nothing changed"! Got it wrong?

Google does not have any effective support team, you never need
support for search or adverts!
But, as they move into the consumer products, it is about time they do
something about this before it is too late - bad image from consumer
experience, which will affect the whole business structure.
It seems most of the Vice Presidents and Product Managers do not even
have the experience for this, the mess that is going on currently with
the Google+ too - thank God it is still in a limited user access mode.
