Thanks for sharing this article. I plan on forwarding it off to my partner whom has now become hesitant to launch anything or pursue new development due to the threat of lawsuits. It is quite frustrating because I believe we had something to offer the market.
With that said I'm glad to see that Google is stepping in. It will be very interested to see how things transpire in the coming months.
