i'm gonna reply on you about the "5-10x as much" as i do not play the
games either

a movie not otherwise specified has the theater operator often making
more money off the popcorn than the feature even though A.T.P. may be
6-8+ buckos

we may take it that Google can change at-will the agreement and
further that there will be competing internal reasons and drives that
may not be apparent

there is not much sense in cc-requisite - if it exists - and i am not
going to go see if it is in the wording as I have mild case of run-em-
nuts trying to stay up with issues generally ( os ) and in particular
i am a sub-micro dev so ba is ^only^ avenue i have to market and that
is zero-margin for anything ... if they did add a "feature request"
for everyone to have a credit card i bet some mid-level made such
decision ad-hoc for issues very local to that persons operations
domain

a great discussion i watched yesterday on how to do all this right
goes to a central model of in-app and states to give some leeway

i would not want to do the cache-sync() on 10-15 minute billing for
gamers but since often there are micro-pricing on the matter then it
is hard to justifiy 48-hour billing delay to dampen the feedback loop
so since we just passed "the other" seems to me A.M. can take a hickey
on it for awhile as the one thing you do not do is change when success
gets you somewhere .....
