Update: Looks bad for this thing. It may have been around for a few years but that doesn't mean squat.
Just got an email from them: *"But, now the bad news. Our plans for an awards ceremony has fallen through. Not a problem though, we can announce the winners on the site! We'll email you again when it's live.
