You can convert android apps into PB compatible one in .bar format that's as
far as I know and submit them to blackberry appworld.

Appworld.blackberry.com/isvportal

Maybe there is still PlayBook free offer left.

Subject: [android-discuss] Re: Blackberry Playbook Users

Well, I just got my first customer asking about the playbook.

He says: "With the latest update to the OS for the Playbook, Android
apps are supported."

I have no idea what supported means. If supported meant compatible,
then he could just download it from the Android Market

There are certainly enough device specific issues even with regular
Android devices.

Has anyone put their app on Playbook with or without going through
Handster?

Nathan
