Well, if you have an existing agreement with Handster for your Android apps, this just says they may not need your permission to publish on PlayBook. I get that. But Doug, the original poster said "And who the @#$^ is Handster, anyway?". It doesn't sound like he has an existing agreement with Handster. This is intellectual property theft. Doug, if you want, I could get this published on Tecnorati. Handster deserves some embarrassment for it at the very least.
