As far as I know, I never submitted it to their Android store (and it is on there). But since this part of my app is free and I would like to get it to users who do not have access to the official Android Market, I suppose it's possible that I did give them permission to list it. I do know that a lot of the free apps get distributed from various other Android download sites, but I'm not sure if I got directly involved specifically with Handster or not.
