I've seen numerous people receive them and be delighted. One unhappy
person doesn't make for a poor marketing plan.
And I bet Apple was extra happy about it, because now that person who
apparently otherwise doesn't buy things on iTunes will probably either
decide to buy something or NOT buy something, in which case Apple gets
to keep ALL of the money.
