John these numbers look exceptionally high. I generate (per day) Revenue: $60 (up until 5-AUG at which point Admob switched on Smart Pricing. It's now $30) Requests: 300k eCPM: $0.20 (up until 5-AUG .. It's now $0.10) Fill rate: 98% (up until 5-AUG .. It's now 95%) CTR 0.4%
