Not bad, actually. I'm going to guess that your high eCPM is due to the fact that you're getting only one impression per session. AdMob eCPM declines steeply in my experience as you add impressions; simply giving half my impressions to AdMob and half to another provider more than doubled the eCPM I saw from AdMob. Makes balancing ad providers more challenging, for sure. :)

The best numbers I've seen from AdMob have been >$2 eCPM and a >2% CTR. And the CTR was much, much lower for other ad providers for the same banner (some as low as 0% until I kicked them out of the rotation), so it wasn't accidental clicks skewing the numbers. But the numbers vary by week, keeping everything else constant -- it really depends on who is buying ads, how much their ads interest your users, and how much those advertisers are willing to spend.

I know a publisher who has gotten $1+/click video ads targeted specifically at their app, and they've made great eCPMs off of that ($5+). But I don't know if those deals are still around.
