Yep. Same thing here. First report in a comment late October stating my App 
includes a Virus. I ignored this as I had no idea where it's coming from. 
Now last week, a comment on my App stating that AVG reports the App to 
contain a virus.

I've contacted the AVG team. They reacted within 30 minutes with a 
statement that they've corrected their signature files accordingly. My app 
is now no longer flagged as a virus. And no, don't think this has to do 
with permissions. My App is using AdMob, and requesting the permissions 
required for that. Nothing else.
