Nope, it's for an app named Convertor Pro ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=name.udell.convertor). Not one of my bigger sellers, fortunately. And it doesn't request any permission besides INTERNET.
Besides, this isn't some generic "suspicious app" warning. It actually says that the app is infected with a virus.
