Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations - Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate. - Experience in Documentation and Workflows *Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency**)* Must-Have *Oracle Sales and CDM Cloud BSA Should have good knowledge of* - Configuration, dynamic layout, field validations, page compose changes, excellent groovy skills and debugging skills. - Should have good knowledge of CDM module with hands on experience in CDM Data quality rules, Duplicate check, Trading Community architecture. - Must be an expert in security console role changes, Data security policy, should be able to create custom data security policies and predicates, - Must be familiar with Sales and service access management, Access groups, User Management - Experience in Implementing Integration with ERP, Fusion systems. - Must be a groovy expert to integrate the different applications using web services to support the integration with EBS, Video SAP, MSI Agile, Apttus etc. - Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations - Prior Experience in similar Implementation projects - Complete Team Player, Quick Learner willing to do a lot of self-study. - Good Communication Skills and stakeholder management Good-to-Have - Oracle Sales Cloud certified - Knowledge on Integrating with other spoke system *Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role * - Collaboratively work with customer in Oracle CDM/SDH - Manage End to End from requirements to design, build, testing & deployment - Manage multiple testing cycles SIT, UAT.
