Can you try to turn off/on blutototh? using graphics interface?
bluetooth 1081 1 1484 856 c00b03fc afe0c76c S /system/bin/hcid
Is this service on?
If not, deactivate it with the graphics interface, shutdown the phone
and restart it
reactivate using graphics interface and then check with the ps if the
service is on
then give this directory ls -l /dev/socket
