Huh?

Couldn't we just put several <uptodate>'s in the 'init' target and use the
if/unless feature of <include>/<exclude> of the <xdoclet> fileset?

And I've already just seen the speed up issue being addressed on the
xdoclet-devel list.... so they are right in sync with us.
