Fence nodes out through manipulation of mask lists as opposed to
logging into switches and fence them out that way, right?

Has Windows Server 2008 been tested to work with AoE storage using the
R11 protocol version? At my shop we unfortunately do a fair bit of
iSCSI work and none of the FOSS iSCSI targets seem to implement
reserve/release. I don't quite understand how these commands can be
mapped into the ATA protocol. I thought only SCSI supported
reserve/release?
