Obviously ActiveState has an interest in making this working as
well.  The Komodo IDE also has Tcl debugging built in (based on
the TDK Debugger backend) that supports CGI emulation (note that
there is a bug for this in 2.5.2 that has an easy fix).

We would be willing to add to our docs whatever is necessary to
clearly indicate to users how to use it specifically with
AOLServer.
