I mean improving the language as well.  As Dossy said, there are a few things that could 
be added to the language that would "make the language geeks go 'ooh!'", and a 
few others that would just make life a little more powerful.  This is the sort of stuff 
that most of us can't take as active a role in doing, but they would still make a big 
difference.

Don't forget to look at XoTcl which runs just fine in AOLserver.
