Also... on the projector front, I've had 2 laptops that fail to work reliably on projectors even though they work fine on monitors, if you're presenting my advice is show up in the room you're in during a break or early doors and do a quick check. Also its unlikely all the projects will be the same make and model in the presentation rooms, so just cause it works in one doesn't mean it works in another!
