Yes, if I'm not wrong, it should be only for "apos" - "any" - "gen".
This rule is for the case of, e.g.:
'fathers'
the -s' is analysed as genitive, but in this case, with an apos before
the noun, it should be an apostrophe and not a genitive. This rule
removes the blank so that the apos remains in place, but I think it
should work only with the analysis of "gen" and not the analysis of
"apos", shouldn't it?
