Firstly, welcome to Apertium :)
If you have lurked on here for some time, you may have seen the
apertium-af-nl release yesterday. You can find much more complete Dutch
monolingual dictionary in there than the one which is in
incubator/apertium-nl-fr. It could very well be the French dictionary isn't
up to date either, but I don't know which one would be more up to date.
Note that in the apertium-af-nl pair, there is a full-dictionary
(apertium-af-nl/nl/apertium-af-nl.nl.dix.full), which is trimmed down using
a script to trim it to include only the entries which are in the bilingual
dictionary. In the af-nl pair, it's used because the Dutch dictionary is
much larger than the Afrikaans, but I think it would be useful for a domain
specific system too, since you can just use the existing monolingual
dictionaries.
