These things exist. There are two web services available, there's an
API - it has nothing to do with us, really, so we have very little
idea of how much use it sees, but there have been complaints when it
was unavailable, so _someone_ must be using it.

Xavi mentioned in a thread of his own that there are apps available
using that API, so if that's what you want, I suggest you start there.
