Apparently until just recently your 'dying platform' was the most popular
in the world, according to the Tiobe Index.
http://www.tiobe.com/index.php/content/paperinfo/tpci/index.html
And it would seems that C++ and Python are even more 'dying'....
But lets leave the java hate comments, I think the discussion would go
nowhere.
WRT on-line versus off-line I think the most important thing would be
'being there', i.e. have an app at all.
Many users wouldn't care if it was really using an online translatior
behind the scenes, if it just got the job done.
So.... most importantly, we need to have a rock stable web service that
such an app, and Mitzuli, can rely on.
