Sorry, I confused myself: -tagger actually runs CG now. So

swe-morph = lt-proc swe.automorf.bin 

swe-disam = lt-proc swe.automorf.bin | cg-proc swe.rlx.bin

swe-tagger = lt-proc swe.automorf.bin | cg-proc swe.rlx.bin | apertium-tagger 
swe.prob
