For eo-fr pair, the newest version to be released in the future is presently in nursery (and I recently thought I could change it to epo-fra). The version in trunk only translates French to Esperanto where the version in nursery is for both sides. Anyway, event if it is a strange behaviour, the compilation of the pair fails at the first time (for apertium-eo-fr.fr-eo.t1x) but works when running make another time. I don't plan to change tranfer rules for that side, Hector Alos will be more able to do that.
