English-Hindi is not a good idea for a translation pair for many reasons,
an important one being their distance and the fact that both are fairly
well resourced languages. Translation pairs between Indian languages are a
much better idea, though something like Hindi/Urdu - Farsi (or Kurmanji?)
might also be a fun pair.
