I assume you're looking to get involved in Google Code-In?
You can find a slightly out-of-date list of the locations of Indic language
resources in Apertium here:

In addition to those resources listed, we have a basic Gujarati transducer
available here:
http://svn.code.sf.net/p/apertium/svn/incubator/apertium-guj/
And a basic Gujarati-Hindi translator available here:
http://svn.code.sf.net/p/apertium/svn/incubator/apertium-guj-hin/
These would be great resources to develop further during GCI. Hop on
Apertium's IRC channel (see http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/IRC) for
assistance choosing tasks, etc.
