It sounds like you have run into a syncing issue between Todo and Toodledo and we'd like to help you get it resolved. For your benefit and anyone reading the post, for any issues syncing between Todo and Toodledo or Todo and RTM, you only need to contact us. We have a great relationship with both Toodledo and RTM and if we need to work with them to resolve problems or concerns we'll do that. We sincerely apologize if there has been an issue you've felt we haven't addressed or have sent you off to find help elsewhere. We're not aware of any but please contact us if we are mistaken.
