It would seem natural to me for such unStarted tasks to be always
invisible to Focus and visible everywhere else (they have to be
reachable and editable somehow). I don't think I would even want this
behaviour to be configurable if it was set up that way as a default,
since the sole function of a start date is to indicate that a task
cannot yet be undertaken (people who do not want this need not set a
start date!)
