Just wanted to add a 'me too' to James request for task start date support, and I agree as well with both his description of why the feature matters and of the desired functionality -- hidden in focus list by default, visible elsewhere.
I had been a Toodledo.com user for a couple years, so I started with the Toodledo iPhone app. But I recently switched to ToDo because of ToDo's more global support for context, where changing context affects all views -- lists, inbox, and most importantly focus list. Global context support means ToDo in almost every case provides me a more noise-free list of to do's, and the one exception has been that my tasks with start dates now show up on my Focus list. ToDo is already a better app in my mind (love the quick add task capability -- love even more that it also knows about context and enters the task in the right context!), and would love to see it further reduce task noise by adding task start date support.
