I have a different opinion. I would prefer that the All list and Focus
list sorts the tasks by start date first and then by due date. Tasks
without start date are by default considered with start date = today.

I take an example: assume I have a task with start date set to March
10th and due date set to March 15th.
On March 9th, I would like to see this task shown under "Tomorrow"
header (instead of "Next seven days" header as currrently).
On March 10th, this task would be shown under "Today" header.
On March 11th until March 15th, if this task is still not completed,
it would be always shown under "Today" header

After March 15th, if this task is still not completed, it would be
also always shown under "Today" header but marked as "overdue".
WIth this logic, tasks without start date will indeed always be shown
under "Today" header, until they are completed.
