I respectfully disagree as to using the Franklin Convey system. The beauty of ToDo is in its flexibility. One can implement many different system, including the all popular GTD system.
2) Tags are being used in many of the most advanced programs because their flexibility as well. 3) Colour coding however, it would be a welcomed change.
